We are looking to expand our sales team with a Key Account Manager that wants to take responsibility for some of the industry’s most significant customer accounts.

Job description
As Key Account Manager you will play an active role in the growth strategy for the Fameco business. Your focus will be to maintain and develop strong relationships and partnerships with clients, whilst proactively seeking new opportunities to grow our business. You work strategically and long-term with some of Fameco's largest OEM and industrial customers, where sales cycles can vary in length and may be both long-term and shorter in nature, requiring a strong understanding of the customer's business, organization and future needs.
In addition to the strategic work, you are operational in the dialogue with the customer and are responsible for ensuring the inflow of inquiries, quotation and follow-up. Travelling is a natural part of the role, primarily within Sweden, but international travel may also occur.

Your profile
To be successful in the role as Key Account Manager you have significant sales experience in Business-to-Business of technical products. You understand engineering offerings and have the ability to present customer requirements to propose solutions and benefits which meet customer requirements. You are used to working long-term with complex customers, have an easy time navigating between different stakeholders and enjoy building relationships over time. As a person, you are business-driven, curious and confident in dialogue with both the customer and internal teams.
