Excess Analyst Support

Since 2004, J2 Sourcing has been supporting many leading OEM’s and Contract Manufacturers, throughout Europe and the world, with Semiconductors and Supply Chain Solutions. We aim to support every industry segment with tailor-made solutions to achieve efficiency in the supply chain, while adhering to strict quality standards and providing excellent customer service. Malmö • Full‑time • Support Position

This is a support role, not a leadership position. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, learn the industry from the inside, and play a key part in keeping our data sharp, our quotes accurate, and our relationships strong.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the Excess Analyst function in a mix of analytical and relationship‑focused tasks:

• Analyzing incoming excess inventory files

• Maintaining and updating J2’s Quoting Intelligence System

• Preparing and issuing quotations for customer or supplier‑available inventory

• Handling inventory and delivery reconciliation

• Supporting ongoing negotiations with suppliers and customers

• Building and strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers

• Working closely with Stock Sales, Stock Operations, Sales, and Logistics

Expect variety, pace, and plenty of learning.
