Dutch Sales Manager

With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for a Dutch speaking Sales Manager for the next phase of growth.

About the role

As the Sales Manager, you hold full end-to-end ownership of our outbound sales performance and conversion funnel for the Dutch market. Your main task is to increase awareness and grow the user base for Qeld VISA cards on the Dutch market, but also make Dutch SME's aware of the benefits of the Qeld Business loan. This is a new, instrumental role where you bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, piloting new audiences while ensuring the team consistently hits its growth targets. Your mission is to eliminate friction in the sales pipeline and scale our impact through a hands-on, non-corporate approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and motivate the assigned country Sales Team daily to ensure consistent delivery against performance targets.

  • Manage the new customer outbound sales funnel by gathering prospect lists, refining sales pitches, and mastering the pipeline.

  • Identify and eliminate blockers within the sales process to continuously improve team efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members to support our scaling efforts.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align the sales function with broader business goals.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a hands-on doer who thrives in a high-volume sales environment and approaches scaling with technical precision. You are motivated by building scalable frameworks, driving alignment across departments, and leading by example by directly participating in the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a Sales Team, specifically within high-volume outbound environments managing tens of deals per day.

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales funnels. Past knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot), and automated dialers (Leaddesk) is added value.

  • Experience in scaling sales teams within a Fintech or regulated environment is highly beneficial.

  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English is essential for this market-specific role.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of a fixed base salary and a variable component tied directly to the performance of your team. This structure is designed to reward ownership and the successful scaling of the Dutch market.
