Job Summary
Processing Solutions & Equipment ensures that we are able to deliver on the Equipment Supply Chain objectives on best-in-class customer experience, shortened delivery times, secure project margins and obtain cost savings. To further improve our delivery and thereby meet our customers’ evolving needs and ensuring that we have the right and efficient ways of working, we are driving a number of transformation projects.
Now we are searching for an experienced business transformation project manager within the “Value Stream PSE Projects and Tools”.
As a Project Manager in our team, you will be playing the key role in contributing to Tetra Pak’s strategic ambitions of the projects and equipment business. You will take on a traditional Project Manager role to plan, staff, execute, implement, control, and evaluate the projects you are managing. The work environment will operate cross processes, cross functions, cross organisations and with a substantial portion of change management. The end result often target changes for people, processes, tools and organisations, and you will work with a worldwide network.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden and may include international travelling (10-20%).
What you will do
As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of complex cross-functional projects and have the overall responsibility for your project/-s with scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the objectives. You will also prepare, align with key stakeholders and present the project for review and decision in the project governance forum and evaluate the outcomes of the projects.
Your focus areas will be:
To be successful in this role, it is important that you have a solid project management experience from complex projects. We believe you have been responsible for larger projects in a previous role and have proven project management skills. You have some experience from Equipment Supply Chain Management, Order Fulfilment Capital Equipment and change management. It is a merit if you have a good understanding for Tetra Pak’s or similar companies supply chain and its dynamic. You understand and manage interdependencies between supply chain, operations and business needs. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential, since we operate on a global basis.
As a person you have a good drive to get a project to progress in an effective way in collaboration with others. You are an excellent teambuilder and it comes naturally to you to foster a trusting and inclusive work environment. You are a great communicator and can handle stakeholders at different levels and deal with challenging situations. You pay attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You are comfortable in running projects both in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, or in a mix/hybrid.
Project Management certification is a must, preferably by PMI. Proven work experience in project management is a must and experience in change management and successful deployment of processes, tools, and systems is a strong asset.
