Are you passionate about making a sustainable impact in the world of electric transport? Do you thrive in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment? Then you might be the new Sales Manager Germany to Erinion
About ErinionAs a part of the Scania Group, our client Erinion designs, builds, and operates depot and destination charging solutions for heavy-duty vehicles. By combining the strength of a global transport leader with the agility of a fast-growing company, Erinion's approach focuses on energy efficiency and optimal utilization. This ensures that electrification is not only sustainable but also financially and commercially viable for its customers.
Erinion supports different ways of financing, owning, and operating charging sites, allowing each customer to find the model that best fits their business. With operations across eight European markets and global expansion underway, Erinion enables transport operators to electrify their fleets with confidence and long-term profitability.
Your roleAs a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating the shift to electric transport by driving the adoption of depot charging and e-mobility solutions. These include integrated hardware, software, and services that support the electrification of commercial fleet depots. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying prospects and analyzing the market to shaping tailored proposals, managing complex negotiations, and closing high-impact deals.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take initiative, act entrepreneurially, and play a direct part in Erinion’s growth. You’ll work on strategic, often long-cycle projects that require both commercial acumen and technical insight. By building strong partnerships and delivering solutions that put the customer first, you’ll support clients in electrifying their operations and advancing toward a more sustainable transport system. You will also act as Erinion’s lead representative in Germany building strong market presence and trusted partnerships.
Your responsibilitiesWe’re looking for a sales professional with a strong track record and the ability to navigate both commercial and technical conversations - ideally with proven experience in electric vehicle charging infrastructure. You bring structure to your sales approach, can operate with a high degree of autonomy, and know how to turn complex customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions. This role is suited to someone who is confident in managing strategic sales and comfortable working across internal and external teams.
Join our passionate team and be a driving force in the future of sustainable transportation. At Erinion, you won't just be a part of the change, you'll be pioneering it. We offer a competitive compensation package, alongside unparalleled professional growth opportunities. This is an early-stage company where your ideas are valued, your contributions have a significant impact, and you have the chance to develop and grow alongside Erinion. For the right candidate, this role also offers a platform to develop toward broader market leadership responsibilities within Erinion’s expanding European business.
