Your role & influence as Compliance Lead

Responsibility: The core focus of this role is on quality management. You will take the lead in ensuring that Dustin’s Quality Management System, based on ISO 9001, is effective, continuously improved, and fully integrated into the business. Your work will be key to securing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You won’t just advise; you will actively drive quality initiatives, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that quality standards are met across all relevant areas. Moreover, as a Compliance Lead you will perform other compliance tasks, such as audits, controls and advising the organisation in compliance matters and you are a meaningful part in driving the development and implementation of Dustin’s compliance framework.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of Dustin’s compliance responsibilities, ensuring the framework is effective and embedded throughout the organization. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments across Dustin, from top management to managers and employees.

Core activities:

• Maintain and develop quality-related initiatives, processes and documentation, and support teams in applying them consistently across the organization.
• Investigate quality incidents and non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare, lead and follow up on internal and external audits ensuring findings lead to concrete improvements and are tracked to closure.
• Act as a business partner on quality and compliance matters, providing guidance, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and helping teams identify and reduce quality and compliance risks.

For this role specific you can expect:

• You will receive €0.26 per kilometer travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation
• Hybrid work setup 50/50 and a home working allowance of €2,35 per work-at-home day, paid monthly

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree within a relevant field
• You have multiple years of experience in Quality Management and or experience in compliance work
• You have proven experience with ISO 9001
• You are fully proficient in English

Nice to have are Dutch language skills, experience with GRC tools like OneTrust, and familiarity with additional standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, NEN 7510, or ISAE 3402.
