This Is Us

We are responsible for developing, integrating, and delivering a modular, high-performance software platform for the central control units (ECUs) within the TRATON Modular System for trucks and buses. Our goal is to support our customers – both application developers and those working with high-performance controllers (HPCs) – in developing, testing, and deploying their functions quickly and with high quality. One way we achieve this is by decoupling hardware from software.

The platform must meet all safety and cybersecurity requirements and will be maintained by us as a unified TRATON solution. We also support application developers with cost- and time-efficient common processes, methods, and tools based on automotive and industry standards.

In your unit, the focus is on delivering our product "Common High Performance Platform" (CHIPPS; AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR) to one of our key customers – the DDU, which is the control unit for infotainment and driver information systems.

We offer

We offer a dynamic, flexible workplace with hybrid work options, including Scania Sergel and Midway hubs. With a structured development plan and courses, TRATON Group R&D supports your career growth both locally and internationally.

Benefits include wellness allowance, TRATON result bonus, flexible hours, and company car leasing. We also host events for employees and their families, and Stockholm residents enjoy direct access to Södertälje via Scania Job express buses.

Application

Your application should include a CV and any relevant certificates. We welcome all applicants and strive for diversity in our recruitment processes.

Apply as soon as possible, no later than 10th of August, 2025. Screening will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the application period. Logical and personality tests may be used as part of the selection process, and a background check may be required for this role.
