The Collections team is a vital part of our business. We proactively reach out to customers who have fallen behind on their payments and support them in finding the best way forward. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, other times it means building a long-term plan together. You’ll also take incoming calls from customers who need help. While there is some admin, this is mainly a phone-based role where your communication skills truly make a difference.
About the role
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers get back on track. You’ll communicate with empathy, find solutions together with the customer, and contribute to a positive and proactive team environment. At the same time, it’s important that you feel confident setting clear expectations – and when needed, making firm but respectful demands regarding overdue payments.💛
