Your role

Are you ready for your next step into a global role and be part of taking a successful division to a new level?

This exiting role as Global Segment Manager, Smart Electronics, is responsible for the Go-to-Market approach for diverse industries in divisional marketing within the General Industry Division. You will lead and develop a highly skilled global team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers

The role will coordinate global business development and sales activities, selling value through sustainability, transform industries to smart connected tools and drive our mission to become an assembly solutions provider

This position will report to the Vice President Marketing of the GI Division and be a part of the GI Marketing Management team. Mission The mission of the role is split into two parts, Business Development and Global Key Account Management: Business Development to increase sales of existing -, or beak into new -industries

· Develop and realize a Go-to-Market Strategy for the Medical-, Humanoid Robotics-, Semicon-, Consumer & Vehicle Electronics- Industry

· Define the top players in these industries, the winners of tomorrow, and proactively work with these accounts and our local customer centers to enhance sales

· Create a value preposition and branding based on our current solution portfolio for these industries, making sure that sustainability values are implemented

· Consolidate specific industry demands to influence the future solutions development in our Business Area

Global Key Account Management to establish integrated partnerships:

· Become and remain a preferred supplier for tightening centric assembly process solutions

· Build a global integrated partnership with selected accounts based on global agreements

· Drive new product introductions actively with technology centers at customers

· Grow our business at these accounts exponentially with increased market share and widened technical scope

To succeed, you will need

A solid track record and experience from high level sales and / or marketing in a customer center on key account manager, zone manager or marketing manager level. Cross-cultural experience is a strong advantage

A deep interest to drive business development activities and key account management in a global context and organization as well as a genuine interest in sustainability and the value proposition we are developing towards our customers. In addition, you should have a development-oriented mindset and be curious when it comes to new business concepts for selling our solution

Relevant academic degrees and proven track record

Personality requirement

You are open minded, resourceful and entrepreneurial with a strong drive. Your cross-cultural collaboration skills and your willingness to be a strong relationship builder are important. You need to have the ability to drive things forward towards the customer centers and to be a both formal and informal leader. Your customer orientation focus should be first in mind and your motivation driver. Your integration and communication skills will be important to drive the business development initiatives as well as our global key account management proactively forward

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. Other locations can be discussed on reques
