Om denna position

We are looking for a curious and self-driven Business Analyst to join our Supply Planning Unit. In this role, you will lead analytics initiatives and maintain and develop systems for all three Reverse Supply areas (External Exit and overstock selling, faulty items and garment collection). You’ll play a key part in the team in helping unwanted garments get a new life, and ensure the garments end up in the right place! As a proactive self-starter, you will take ownership of projects from hypothesis to insight and delivery, thrive on ambiguity, ask the right questions, and challenge the status quo.  This position requires a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Be the driver for data driven decision making in your initiative/product team by taking data into insights and provide the team with clear, data driven recommendations.
  • Apply advanced analytics and tools to model, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization.
  • Use SQL and potentially further programming languages to gather, clean and prepare data for analysis.
  • Define and set up measurable KPI’s and OKRs, own and maintain their visualization for value reporting.
  • Be the go-to person for data and analytics knowledge, act as the first point of contact for application-related questions and incidents
  • Work as part of an agile organization to support product development and support building business cases to showcase the value of new undertakings.
  • Be an active participant in the analytics community—collaborating within Supply Planning and across the H&M Group.
  • Take on operational ownership of several internal applications that support overstock sales and partner management, acting as the bridge between business and tech
  • Be a driver for data collection, data validation and automation in areas with manual processes and limited data-driven insights

WHO YOU ARE

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a business-minded, open, communicative, and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You have a robust analytical ability, business acumen, self-drive with an eye for change and improvement opportunities.

We are looking for people with...

  • An academic degree within Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
  • 3+ years' experience within an analytical position in the fields of merchandising, demand and supply planning and/or logistics
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and analytical tools; exposure to Python, C#, and low-code platforms like Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of technical environments including Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint
  • Skilled at extracting insights from complex data to drive business and product development
  • Expertise in supply chain operations, inventory, and product/logistics strategy

And people who are...

  • Strong communicators and storytellers with the skills and ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various different stakeholders.
  • Curious and take the initiative, driven to explore new ideas, ask questions, and take ownership from start to finish

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible, based in Stockholm. You will report to Julia Lindberg, Reverse Supply Manager within Supply Planning.
