That’s where you come in

As our Product Line Manager you are part of the Product Line Manager team of two, who reports to the Development Director. The PLM team is responsible for the roadmap planning and evolution of our Visma.net ERP solution to ensure the best market fit. As part of the PLM members you'll collaborate across our international organisation, acting as the central point of contact for the Business Units responsible for selling our product. But also for the development teams you will be the goto-person with in-depth ERP knowledge to support them with setting up high level requirements and help driving\coordinating projects on the roadmap and backlog from a functional point of view.

• Be the bridge: Act as the key facilitator between business units, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Own the plan: Drive the roadmap revision process and high-level planning for Visma.net ERP products.
• Track the journey: Monitor progress on product roadmaps, backlogs, and team schedules.
• Champion communication: Align with key stakeholders on progress, updates, and requests.
• Prepare for launch: Collaborate with UX to scope new projects and promote upcoming product deliveries
• Stay ahead of the game: Track market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies

You're highly organised with a keen eye for detail, making sure every aspect of your work is accurate and well-presented. As a natural presenter, you champion the product with contagious enthusiasm, captivating your audience and inspiring confidence.

• Deep ERP knowledge: You understand ERP systems inside and out, Visma.net would be an advantage.
• Global mindset: You know at least one of our target markets (Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Finland) and their unique needs.
• Process-oriented: You have proven understanding of development processes.
• Analytical thinker: You naturally analyse and make connections between data and the big picture.
• Willing to travel: Occasional travel may be required.
• Team player: You are a member of the Product Line Manager team and need to work closely together
